By downloading, installing, or using TravelRates ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

TravelRates is a mobile application that provides currency conversion services. The App allows users to convert amounts between different currencies using real-time exchange rates.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent

Exchange Rates

Exchange rates provided by the App are for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date rates:

  • Rates may differ from actual market rates
  • Rates may not reflect real-time changes
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any conversion
  • You should verify rates with official sources before making financial decisions

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases to support development. These purchases are:

  • Non-refundable unless required by law
  • Processed through the Apple App Store
  • Subject to Apple's terms and conditions

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TravelRates and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELRATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from reliance on exchange rates provided by the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
